To report and place an order for any warranty issues, please follow these steps: Please make sure you notify your sales representative before dropping off or mailing any items to be repaired. Warranty Guidelines - 1 Week to report missing items - 3 Weeks to report damaged items - 4 Weeks to report concealed damage Please allow one business day for all warranty claims to be processed.
