Fabrication: Face Frame Manufacturing
- 1 – 3 years previous work experience within a cabinet manufacturing environment
- Ability to work within a high paced work cell
- Understands wood working equipment such as table saws, chop saws, routers, and clamps
- Can read and understand plans and / or drawings
- Experience with reading tape measures with 1/32” accuracy
- Basic Computer Skills
- Ability to perform light to moderate lifting up to 35lbs throughout a shift
- Follows written or oral instructions regarding daily tasks and job duties
- Conducts operations in a manner that promotes safety
- Works well within a team environment
Fabrication: Drawer Building
- 1 – 3 years previous work experience within a cabinet manufacturing environment
- Ability to work within a high paced work cell
- Understands wood working equipment such as table saws, chop saws, routers, and clamps

- Experience with reading tape measures with 1/32” accuracy
- Basic Computer Skills

Fabrication: Custom Cabinet Fabricator (Night Shift Flex Crew)
- 1 – 3 years previous work experience within a cabinet manufacturing environment
- Years of experience with building standard and custom cabinets, up to angled cabinets, oven cabinets, and tall end panels
- Has worked with lumber, S4S, plywood, MDF, PB, PLAM, or melamine
- Understands face frame cabinet assembly and / or frameless assembly techniques
- Ability to work within a high paced work cell
- Understands wood working equipment such as table saws, chop saws, routers, and clamps
- Can read and understand plans and / or drawings
- Experience with reading tape measures with 1/32” accuracy
- Basic Computer Skills

Frameless: Machine Operator
- 1 – 3 years previous work experience within a cabinet manufacturing environment
- 2 – 4 years of CNC, Edgebanding, or case clamp work experience processing parts and / or cabinets
- Ability to work within a high paced work cell
- Can read and understand plans and / or drawings
- Experience with reading tape measures with 1/32” or .5mm accuracy
- Basic Computer Skills
- Ability to perform light to moderate lifting up to 35lbs throughout a shift
- Follows written or oral instructions regarding daily tasks and job duties
- Conducts operations in a manner that promotes safety
- Works well within a team environment
Frameless: Cabinet Builder
- 1 – 3 years previous work experience within a cabinet manufacturing environment
- Years of experience with building standard base, wall, and tall cabinets

- Experience with pallet jacks
- Ability to lift up to 75lbs
- Ability to read and understand picking manifest
- Has general computer skillsets
- Has attention to detail
